Your job

• In this role you are responsible to drive together with your expert team the electronical, mechanical and software development of lighting system components.  
• You are working with experts in development, testing, production, but also steering external partners and supportive functions to achieve outstanding technical solutions.
• Your daily tasks include clarifying requirements, resource planning, balancing time, cost and technical quality in order to deliver results within the agreed time, cost and quality framework.
• You are monitoring and reporting progress of the projects on a regular basis and, together with the project team, identify risks, work out scenarios and facilitate decisions.
• You and your team are continuously matching project goals with customer needs ensuring high performance, continuous improvements and project success.

Your profile

• Your basis is a technical, business or economy related university degree.  
• You have a proven track record 3+ years in successfully managing projects with international people. A formal Project Management certification would be an advantage.
• As an empathic project leader, you have a high level of social competence and you understand how to actively lead, guide and motivate your team.
• You work in a structured, independent and goal-oriented way and you are capable to prioritize your tasks.
• You master the proper techniques to identify risks and the critical paths in projects and you are able to ensure that they do not prevent the team from releasing on time, on budget, and with high quality.
• You are a team player with a strong hands-on mentality and a high degree of personal responsibility and you perform your tasks in a practical and pragmatic way.
• You can express yourself excellently in English, both written and oral. German is a plus.
