Assistant for Finance Projects & ERP

YOUR TASKS

• Support Finance and ERP Key Users with day-to-day process and system improvements
• Participate in ERP projects, system updates, and implementation of new functionalities
• Support testing of new system functions and document test results
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
• Help identify and resolve process- and ERP-related issues
• Support the standardization and improvement of finance processes
• Maintain accurate and consistent master data in ERP systems
• Support and train users when new processes or ERP functionalities are introduced
• Coordinate assigned project tasks and follow up on their progress
• Work closely with Finance, IT, and other departments on improvement projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in Finance, Controlling, ERP support, or process improvement is an advantage
• Basic understanding of finance processes, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Month-End Closing
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Bi is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• Willingness to learn and develop in the area of Finance and ERP
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
