We are looking for a motivated and reliable Property Manager to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate has a good technical understanding of real estate, and the ability to combine property management with a sales-oriented mindset.
Your Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the professional management and support commercial properties. Your tasks will include:
- Managing daily communication with tenants, owners, service providers, and internal teams
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and handovers
- Monitoring the condition of properties and ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently
- Supporting rental and sales processes, including viewings, tenant communication, and follow-ups
- Preparing and checking property-related documents, reports, offers, and correspondence
- Coordinating external service providers, craftsmen, and facility management partners
- Ensuring smooth operational processes and high service quality
- Identifying opportunities to improve property value, tenant satisfaction, and occupancy rates
Your Profile
- Experience in property management, real estate, facility management, construction, sales, or a similar field
- Good command of English and/or German
- Technical understanding of real estate, buildings, maintenance, and repair processes
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Valid work permit for Germany
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
