The Property Supervisor – Accommodation is responsible for managing and overseeing company-provided housing facilities, ensuring that all properties are functional, safe, and maintained according to company standards. This role includes coordinating maintenance activities, working with external vendors, and supporting accommodation users (employees or guests).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of accommodation units (apartments, houses, or other housing facilities)
  • Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Liaise with external service providers (cleaning, repairs, technical services)
  • Ensure accommodation quality standards are consistently met
  • Maintain records of occupancy, property condition, and related costs
  • Organize and manage check-in and check-out processes (if applicable)
  • Handle maintenance requests and resolve issues reported by occupants
  • Monitor budgets and optimize accommodation-related expenses
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments regarding employee housing

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • High school diploma or higher education (preferred in hospitality, management, or technical fields)
  • Previous experience in property management, facility management, or hospitality
  • Experience in Airbnb or booking is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions independently
  • Basic technical knowledge (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B preferred)
