Purchaser Production Material

Your Tasks as Purchaser Production Material:

• New program introduction & implementation of purchasing processes related to production material
• Component procurement in projects while ensuring the achievement of scheduled business objectives & negotiations of procurement conditions for prototype tools and parts
• Execution of ramp-up management for critical new parts including industrialization discussions and performance tests at the supplier; coordination, determination, planning and pursuing measures to ensure the ramp-up as scheduled
• Support commodity purchasing in the preparation of cases for the Sourcing Decision Board (SDB) & the cooperation in the enforcement of standard contracts with the supplier as well as preparation of purchasing transactions and delivery capacity
• negotiations under consideration of conceivable program changes etc. and asses them and if necessary, agree on measures
• Determination of procurement key figures (e.g. demands in retrospect and preview) out of purchasing-EDV-systems & create and update entries in the Awarding Information System.

Your profile as Purchaser Production Material:

• University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Work experience in Materials Management/Purchasing preferable
• SAP R/3- and excellent MS-Office-skills are required
• International teamwork ability needed
• Excellent English skills
