Muehlbauer Group Serbia is growing! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing, Customs and Logistic Specialist to join our team in a precision CNC manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

Purchasing

• Manage purchasing activities for materials, tools, equipment, and production-related supplies.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and monitor their execution.
• Communicate and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers regarding pricing, delivery terms, and contractual conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and invoice accuracy.
• Ensure that all purchasing documentation is complete and properly maintained.

Logistics and Customs

• Organize and coordinate domestic and international transportation of goods.
• Cooperate with freight forwarders and logistics service providers, providing all necessary instructions and documentation.
• Verify import, export, temporary import, and temporary export documentation.
• Support and monitor customs procedures, including inward processing (active refinement) operations.
• Obtain required certificates, permits, and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Monitor and verify landed costs and purchase acquisition value calculations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs and logistics regulations.

Production Support

• Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted manufacturing processes.
• Monitor inventory-related logistics activities and support production planning requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of purchasing and logistics processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field is bonus
• 2 years of experience in logistics, or related field
• Excellent level of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
