With over 1,200 stores and 20,000 employees worldwide, Eurospin is expanding its presence in Eastern Europe and is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join its Purchasing Department in Belgrade as a Purchasing Office Clerk.

Job description:

• Collect, organize, and compile market, sales, and purchasing data to support assortment planning
• Handle administrative documentation related to supplier contracts, ensuring proper tracking and updates
• Support the purchasing team in catalogue preparation, sample orders, and supplier onboarding activities
• Follow operational processes related to import and customs documentation, liaising with the central team

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar
• 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing department, purchasing support, or commercial administration (FMCG/Retail preferred)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Fluency in Serbian and English, both written and spoken; Italian is considered an advantage
