JOB DESCRIPTION
- Negotiates terms to guarantee the best conditions for acquisition of goods and services, by respecting purchasing process, procedures and legal requirements
- Preparation of decisions for investment projects, products and services
- Implement RFQ including offers evaluation as well as creating and updating frame contracts
- Compilation and sending purchase orders based on approved requisitions
- Participation in tendering
- Preparation of supplier contracts
- SAP management, providing up-to-date information flow regarding purchasing topics
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and locations to achieve purchasing goals and objectives
- Evaluation and development of suppliers
- Meet defined saving targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in business administration or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect purchasing
- Professional experience at a multinational company
- Fluent English knowledge
- User level knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, precise work, reliability
