QA Automation Engineer is responsible for design and execution of automated testing, ensure products meet or exceed the specified standards, acceptance criteria and end-user requirements. He/she is participating in Backlog grooming and plays a significant role in providing feedback on usability, reporting defects, verify defect fixes provided by developers, and take appropriate action based on the correctness of the defect fixes.

Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve automation frameworks
- Strive to enhance the Digital applications from a UX standpoint
- Monitor industry changes to ensure we are compatible with the latest device and OS versions
- Offer innovative solutions to keep us at the forefront of industry technology
- Manage daily testing activities in an Agile team
- Hand’s on participation in all stages of the fundamental test process
- Design and execute test plans for Non-Functional and Functional testing
- Report on defect trends and leakage
- Manage test environments and resources
Requirements:
- Experienced Automation QA Engineer
- Proven Digital Platform testing experience
- Working knowledge of mobile application development and creating automated test frameworks (e.g. Appium, Selenium)
- Making automated test scripts using standard coding practices and languages (Java, PHP)
- API driven testing
- Strong data mining/SQL skills
- Experience of build pipelines using common CI/CD and SCM tools (e.g. GIT)
- Knowledge of configuration and role-based testing through automation
