Role Description:

The Quality Assurance & Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Niš and Belgrade, with working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating operational performance to ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and KPIs.

The role focuses on identifying errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement through regular quality checks, internal reviews, data analysis, and root cause analysis. The specialist will provide objective and constructive feedback, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Quality Assurance & Control Specialist will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen quality standards, and reduce recurring issues. The role also includes preparing structured quality reports, maintaining accurate records, analyzing quality trends and performance metrics, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of quality processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of work in accordance with established standards, procedures, and KPIs
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations within day-to-day operational processes
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, trends, and recurring errors
• Conduct regular quality checks and internal reviews
• Analyze data and prepare clear, structured quality reports
• Provide objective, actionable, and constructive feedback to teams and individuals
• Recommend corrective actions and practical process improvements
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and their impact on quality and performance
• Collaborate with different departments to improve quality standards and operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Quality Control procedures and standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Audit, Compliance, or a similar function is required
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with data, KPIs, and performance reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured root cause analysis approach
• Ability to evaluate performance objectively and consistently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
• Confidence and professionalism when identifying and addressing areas of non-compliance or underperformance
• A high level of accountability, integrity, and consistency
• Excellent written and spoken English

What will set you apart?

• Previous experience in the U.S. trucking or logistics industry and/or familiarity with the U.S. market
• Familiarity with operational areas such as Dispatch, ELD, Track & Trace, Safety or Operations
• Experience in process improvement and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
