Old Country d.o.o. Belgrade is a rapidly growing premier services and products company specializing in information and data solutions, including enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), real estate management systems, large and complex data warehouses and business analytics environments.

Old Country is currently seeking a:

Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and testing new or modified software solutions
• Development and implementation of functionality and regression tests
• Performing functional, regression and acceptance tests
• Identifying, reporting, tracking and verifying issues in the issue tracking software
• Investigating problems reported by internal and external users, recommending solutions and working with the developers to fix the issue
• Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software
• Interpret error reports from clients, track the problem/defect and document accordingly

Required:

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Ability to perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting and end to end testing
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS

Following skills will be considered an advantage:

• Working knowledge of MySql, PHP and JavaScript
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Experience with test automation
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
