Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA for SaaS products, ensuring quality across the full SDLC 
• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies (manual and automated) for enterprise-grade applications.  
• Own release readiness, risk assessment, and production quality  
• Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.  
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to ensure requirements are testable and well-defined.  
• Perform hands-on testing (functional, regression, integration, exploratory). 
• Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools. 
• Ensure quality across all layers: UI, backend services, APIs, and data workflows.  
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.  
• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows.  
• Contribute to improving overall product quality, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with strong hands-on testing expertise.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead QA role, guiding teams and owning quality processes.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and test lifecycle
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
• Solid experience in API testing (Postman, REST clients, etc.).
• Familiarity with .NET-based applications and full stack environments.
• Good understanding of databases (SQL Server) and data validation.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Computer Science Degree – FON preferable.
• Experience in LegalTech, Fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Experience testing AI-powered or data-driven applications.
