This is an important role focused on monitoring customer interactions, supporting operational processes, and ensuring high quality standards across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions according to company standards
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain quality control reports and documentation
- Support internal processes and team coordination
- Communicate with team members regarding quality-related matters

Requirements
