We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team and drive quality assurance initiatives, ensure compliance with industry standards, and optimize operational processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to product excellence and support our commitment to continuous improvement.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans and systems for new products
- Oversee all quality-related activities, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards and customer requirements
- Prepare for customer and external system audits
- Serve as the primary contact for customer communication regarding quality matters
- Coordinate teams to address and resolve customer claims
- Ensure the execution of the quality control plan and systems, ensuring products meet required standards
- Engage in and support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
Requirements and skills:
- University degree or above
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality management, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Strong engineering background
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
