Quality Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our team and support quality planning and new product introduction in our automotive manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that new products and processes meet quality requirements and are successfully introduced into mass production.

What You’ll Do

• Support quality planning during new product development and introduction into mass production.
• Identify customer quality requirements and potential product and process quality risks.
• Define and maintain product and process special characteristics.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and trial production activities.
• Plan and perform MSA and SPC activities.
• Support the planning and validation of inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Define quality control points and prepare relevant quality and inspection documentation.
• Prepare, review, and submit PPAP documentation for new projects.
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead customer complaint analysis and prepare 8D reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
• Support customer audits and follow up on identified non-conformities.
• Cooperate closely with Production, Engineering, Project and other departments to support successful project launches.

What We’re Looking For

• Good knowledge of automotive Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and PPAP).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and basic automotive quality requirements.
• Familiarity with quality problem-solving methods, including 8D and Root Cause Analysis.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or aluminum die casting, CNC machining, surface treatment, or similar manufacturing processes is considered an advantage.
