Quality Engineer

Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems from Niš is expanding team in the Quality Control department, therefore we are looking for a new colleague for the position Quality Engineer, with responsibilities as bellow:

• Perform problem identification, resolution of it, loss reporting and continuous improvement;
• Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection;
• Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures;
• Coordinates and manages employees with the aim of reviewing problems and taking adequate measures;
• Responsible for the supplier quality management;
• Maintain the relations with customers;
• Responsible for monitoring new products;
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering;
• 1+ years of automotive industry experience;
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Familiar with the seven QC techniques and tech five quality tools (such as APQP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/PPAP etc.);
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality tools used in the industry;
• Proficient in the use of corresponding inspection and measurеment tools, familiar with the operation process of production enterprises;
• Knowledge of lamps and production process will be given priority;
• Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.
