Quality Management Representative (QMR)

Our client, ebs electronics d.o.o, is the newly established manufacturing entity of ebs group in Niš, part of an Austrian-based group of companies active in engineering, battery & electronics systems, and energy & service systems for industries such as renewable energy, automotive, MedTech, and industrial systems. To build up and lead their quality system at this new site and across the whole group, Adecco is seeking an experienced, hands-on professional to take responsibility for quality management from day one in the role of Quality Management Representative (QMR).

These are your challenges:

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Group's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Introduce, monitor, and continuously improve business processes, ensuring they achieve their intended results
• Coordinate Quality Management activities across ebs group locations in Dornbirn (Austria), Hamburg (Germany), Kiel (Germany), and Niš (Serbia)
• Develop and supervise quality processes within the manufacturing organization in Niš
• Plan and conduct internal audits; support external certification and customer audits
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS
• Promote quality awareness across the organization and train employees and managers on quality-related topics
• Participate in supplier qualification and evaluation, and in defining verification and inspection activities
• Report QMS performance and improvement opportunities to Executive Management
• Foster a strong customer focus throughout the organization
• Be authorized to stop processes or production activities in case of significant quality risks
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and company policies

What you bring with you:

• Relevant experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment; experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS) is a strong plus
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
• Experience planning and conducting internal and external/customer audits
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• German language skills are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly between Serbia, Austria, and Germany
• A structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to act with authority on quality matters, including with Executive Management
