Quality Supervisor

About the Role

Minth Group is looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join our team in Loznica. We are seeking a quality professional with solid automotive industry experience, a strong Quality Engineering background, and the ability to lead quality activities and support team development.

Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position based at our Loznica plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily quality activities to ensure product and process quality meets internal and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality performance and departmental KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of internal and customer quality issues using appropriate quality tools and methodologies.
• Ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate and support Quality team members through task allocation, technical guidance, training, and capability development.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and other functions to improve product and process quality.
• Support customer audits, internal audits, and other quality-related assessments.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Promote quality awareness and contribute to building a strong quality culture within the plant.
• Support quality improvement activities based on business and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; an engineering-related background is preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in Quality.
• Automotive industry experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer (QE), Senior Quality Engineer, or similar role.
• Good knowledge of automotive quality standards and core tools, including IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
• Experience in customer quality, process quality, or manufacturing quality.
• Previous experience in team coordination, team leadership, or people management is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English for daily business communication.
