Position Summary
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for managing and developing the quality team, implementing and improving the quality control system, as well as ensuring process compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Your role and responsibilities
- Leading, managing and developing the quality team on the production line (Quality Engineers, Quality Team Leaders, and Quality Inspectors)
- Developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements
- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting key quality performance indicators (FTQ, PPM, Scrap) to drive process performance improvement
- Developing and implementing QIP (Quality Improvement Plan) for the project, as well as creating and executing the A3 strategy
- Analyzing customer claims and internal defects, initiating corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of issues
- Managing activities related to inspection and verification of installation compliance and functionality and implementing appropriate control measures
- Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of requirements defined in the Control Plan on the production line
- Participating in the development and implementation of PFMEA to identify and prevent potential process risks
- Participating in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the assigned project
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Monitoring team and process performance, identifying weak points and initiating activities for continuous improvement
Candidate profile:
- Completed VI or VII degree University/Higher education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, in the quality sector
- Knowledge of the QMS (EOS) and IATF/VDA relevant standards, as well as customer specific requirements
- Knowledge of High Voltage technology (preferred)
- Fluent in English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
- Strong communication skills
