We are searching for a new colleague within our R&D department in Pancevo.

Your Tasks as R&D Project Support:

• Support in coordination of the software development department and project support in special project within this department
• Support in the organizational development of the R&D department
• Support for the strategic alignment and further optimization of the Development & Global Footprint department
• Preparation and follow-up of important internal and external meetings
• Preparation of demanding as well as complex documents including determination, provision, and visualization of complex data/interrelationships
• Preparation of development and test reports as well as support for process improvements

Your Profile as R&D Project Support:

• Successfully completed University degree with technical focus or other relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Organizational sciences, etc.)
• Professional experience and expertise in technical project support, coordination, and reporting, preferably within automotive or similar international production system
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluency in English language, knowledge of German language is an advantage
• Ability to structure complex processes and good comprehension skills, good team and communication skills, service-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, self-reliant working style, flexibility, organizational strength, ability to work under pressure
