Računovođa / Accountant

For one of the biggest automobile brands “Toyota” in the world we are looking for ACCOUNTANT in our Belgrade office.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and apply legal regulations.
• Account for business documentation.
• Record keeping and clearing operations in accordance with international accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Post all incoming and outgoing documentation in GL.
• Prepare payment orders in E-banking.
• Perform posting of bank statements.
• Keep records for VAT calculation, preparation, and submission of VAT returns.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax administration, and other state institutions as needed.
• Perform other tasks in accounting and bookkeeping as directed by the manager responsible.

Requirements:

• VSS/VS Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Certified Accountant Exam Passed (desirable).
• English language.
• Advance level knowledge of Pantheon ERP is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of legal, tax, and accounting regulations.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (desirable).
• Experience with MS Office programs.
• Responsibility, precision, consistency, and a professional approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills for modern business and teamwork.
