As a RAMS Manager (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) at SEGULA Technologies, you will be responsible for the transverse management of subsystem reliability, ensuring our client’s trains meet the highest international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Assurance: Lead the RAMS engineering team to define and validate safety requirements for train subsystems.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential failure modes and implement corrective actions to meet reliability targets.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical link between Engineering, Suppliers, and Quality departments.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to equipment reliability and penalties associated with reliability targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Industry Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in the Railway environment with a strong technical background.
Education: Engineer with a Master’s degree specializing in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of RAMS standards, statistical tools for reliability, and product life-cycle management.
Soft Skills: High team spirit, autonomy, and the ability to work in a challenging, transverse organization.
