React Native Developer (intermediate/senior)

Location: Novi Sad, on-site position

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in React Native
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of ES6+ features
• Experience with Expo framework
• Experience with API-driven mobile apps (REST, auth, error handling)
• Experience with offline-first applications is strongly preferred
• Experience with ORMs like TypeORM
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, or session-based authentication
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to maintain code quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an engineering mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing features in a production React Native / Expo application using TypeScript
• Work with local persistence and offline-capable workflows
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a maintainable, well-structured codebase
• Partner with product and backend engineers to deliver features end to end
• Support production mobile release activities
• Maintain and extend an offline background sync engine
• Contribute to technical decisions and provide input on system scalability and maintainability
