What you’ll do:
- Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in guests with professionalism
- Provide clear information and assist guests with our services
- Handle incoming calls and manage the cloakroom smoothly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in customer service and front desk is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in Serbian and English
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Flexibility to work shifts, nights, and weekends
- Additional languages are a plus
