What you’ll do:

• Warmly welcome and efficiently check-in guests with professionalism
• Provide clear information and assist guests with our services
• Handle incoming calls and manage the cloakroom smoothly
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in customer service and front desk is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Serbian and English
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Flexibility to work shifts, nights, and weekends
• Additional languages are a plus
