Receptionist - Belgrade
The Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented individual to join our Admin team as a Receptionist at our Belgrade office. As an integral part of our firm, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, visitors, and colleagues. This position offers a dynamic and engaging opportunity to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our office by providing front desk and administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring that visitors and colleagues receive a high standard of service.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
You will work closely with colleagues and support the organisation of daily office activities, meetings, and administrative tasks. Your professionalism, organisational skills, and proactive approach will contribute to creating a positive experience for both clients and employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a courteous and professional welcome to clients and all other visitors.
- Answer, screen, and appropriately forward incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Receive and communicate internal messages as necessary.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain various records and administrative logs in accordance with the instructions of the responsible manager.
- Scan, copy, file, and archive documents.
- Assist with the planning, organisation, and preparation of meetings and other office events.
- Maintain and manage the shared office calendar.
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings.
- Serve refreshments to clients before and during meetings.
- Coordinate the cleanliness and hygiene of the office kitchen in cooperation with the cleaning team, monitor and maintain necessary supplies and kitchen equipment, and timely communicate procurement requirements.
- Take care of and maintain office plants.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of one year of previous work experience in the same or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily administrative tasks.
