EXPERIENCED CDL DRIVER RECRUITER WANTED — $1,000 BASE + $1,000 PER TEAM — NO CAP

We are a rapidly growing trucking company based in Miami, FL, looking for an experienced CDL Driver Recruiter who already has an established network, driver database, or recruiting resources.

COMPENSATION

• $1,000/month base salary
• +$1,000 bonus for every completed team you bring
• No cap on bonuses

Examples:

• 5 teams = $5,000 in bonuses
• 10 teams = $10,000 in bonuses
• 20 teams = $20,000 in bonuses
• The more teams you bring, the more you earn.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should already have:

• An existing database or network of CDL drivers
• Experience recruiting Class A CDL drivers
• Access to CDL groups, job boards, social media, or other recruiting channels
• The ability to recruit qualified drivers and get them into trucks
• We are not looking for someone starting from zero.

DON'T ALREADY HAVE TEAM DRIVERS?
No problem.

You can recruit qualified solo drivers and pair them together.

Once two qualified drivers are paired and placed as a team, that counts as one completed team = $1,000 bonus.
