Recruiter

Rakmark Inc. is looking for an experienced and Recruiter to join our growing team.

You will recruit professional drivers for semi-truck operations throughout the United States and guide candidates through the entire hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and contact qualified CDL Class A drivers in the USA
• Present available driving opportunities clearly and professionally
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates’ experience and qualifications
• Verify employment history, driving experience and required documentation
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate with Safety, Operations and Onboarding departments
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database
• Build long-term relationships with drivers

Requirements

• Previous experience is required
• Strong understanding of the US trucking industry and the driver hiring process
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Ability to conduct a high volume of calls and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
