Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the recruitment team.
- Monitor recruiters' performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with management to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Experience working with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- English proficiency (written and spoken).
