• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with management to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Experience working with recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
