Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified CDL truck drivers
• Manage the recruitment process
• Communicating with drivers via phone and email
• Entering and updating candidate information in the database
• Communicating with drivers via phone and email
• Build and maintain a strong driver pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills and proactive work attitude
• Good organizational and administrative skills
• Computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools)
