REEFER DISPATCHER – USA TRUCKING
Location: Kragujevac, Serbia | Office-based position

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Reefer Dispatcher to join our growing team and manage refrigerated truck operations in the U.S. market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch and manage reefer trucks operating in the USA
• Search for and negotiate profitable loads with brokers
• Work with load boards and transportation management systems
• Plan efficient routes and maximize truck utilization
• Communicate daily with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers
• Monitor drivers and loads throughout the entire transportation process
• Track pickup and delivery appointments and ensure on-time performance
• Handle rate confirmations, detention, layover, TONU and other operational issues
• Negotiate rates and work to maximize revenue and profitability per truck
• Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, revenue, expenses, and driver activity
• Provide continuous support to drivers during their shifts
• Resolve problems quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with the accounting, safety, and operations teams
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and drivers

REQUIREMENTS

• Good spoken and written English
• Previous experience in USA trucking dispatching is preferred
• Experience with reefer operations is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of U.S. geography, time zones, and major freight markets
• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop and similar platforms
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong computer skills
• Results-oriented and proactive approach
• Willingness to work U.S. market hours
