What you’ll do

• Support Operations and Logistics/SCM across the Europe & South America region.
• Develop, support and control plant-level operational finance processes.
• Monitor, analyze and report operational KPIs.
• Support preparation and evaluation of business cases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recurring as well as ad-hoc management reports.
• Provide on-site controlling support to manufacturing plants across the region.
• Work closely with Operations, Finance and plant teams to drive performance.
• Support special projects and assignments from senior management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Controlling experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• Wire harness / automotive industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of MES and ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Result-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; other European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid work permit in EU or Serbia.
