Currently we are looking for Regional Retail Director for the Sinsay brand! 

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximizing the sales opportunities and the profitability of Sinsay stores in Serbia and Hungary.
• Managing team of Regional Sales Managers and overseeing stores in the above-mentioned region. 
• Supervision of the implementation of sales plans within the subordinate organizational structure. 
• Taking actions aimed at maximizing profits and minimizing the company’s losses. 
• Development of the subordinate team by building and ensuring a high level of competence and knowledge within the structure. 
• Implementation of operational assumptions in line with the company's policies, taking into account the functioning of the retail network, expansion processes, and employment stability. 
• Searching for solutions to streamline operational processes in stores and within the team, including co-creating and implementing tools and systems that support sales and improve customer service quality. 
• Close collaboration with the Retail Sales & Operation Director. 
• Close cooperation with other departments in order to maximize sales results and work efficiency.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, including proven experience in a senior leadership role; experience within. one of LPP’s brands is an asset.
• Fluent English is a must (minimum B2 level).
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving key retail KPIs. 
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and developing large, geographically dispersed teams. 
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear commercial and operational priorities across multiple markets. 
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions. 
• Proven ability to lead change, make decisions and manage challenging business situations. 
• Ability to build effective cooperation across countries and with different business functions. 
• High mobility and readiness for frequent business travel across the region. 
• Driving licence. 
• Close cooperation with other departments in order to maximize sales results and work efficiency.
