Regional Treasury Specialist

• Prepare daily cash position reports across all bank accounts and legal entities
• Execute all incoming and outgoing banking transactions, including supplier payments, payroll, customs, and tax and statutory payments within deadlines
• Manage short-term investments and funding requirements; recommend optimal use of surplus cash
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models (weekly, monthly) to support liquidity planning
• Manage day-to-day communication with banks: account and card administration, POS terminals, authorizations, AML, and credit documentation, and periodic reviews
• Manage the group's guarantees, promissory notes, and credit limits, from renewal tracking to drawdowns and SAP records
• Prepare treasury reports for management, auditors, and regulators (including P1 and DI2 forms and the classification of foreign currency inflows for National Bank of Serbia)
• Track and report on financial covenants, debt maturities, and credit facilities; support covenant compliance monitoring
• Manage the company's insurance program: arrange and renew all policies, liaise with the insurance broker, prepare supporting documentation, and manage claims and cost allocation
• Prepare monthly and annual budgets for treasury-related costs and monitor actual spending against plan
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures and documentation standards that give adequate control over treasury activities, including fraud prevention

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance or controlling
• Practical understanding of liquidity management, payment operations, and banking products — guarantees, credit lines, deposits, FX
• High attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and reporting
• Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive in identifying risks and opportunities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Business Units
• Fluent English for daily work with banks and regional colleagues
  A plus: SAP (FI), Power BI, experience across more than one jurisdiction, knowledge of local tax and FX regulations.
