Remote Administrative Assistant

EVOC is a growing luxury hospitality group in Naples, Florida. We take pride in serving guests through Sails Restaurant, Butcher Private, Omasava, The Cellar, and our upcoming concept, Sava.

Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking a Remote Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity suited to an organised, proactive individual who is comfortable working across a variety of administrative and business support tasks. Depending on your individual strengths, skills, experience and our business needs, you might be involved with general administration, research, recruitment, human resources, marketing and graphic design, or accounting and finance.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• High energy with a positive, can-do attitude
• Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

Roles Details:

• This role is offered as an independent contractor (freelance) position.
• Candidate will be engaged as self-employed contractors and will be responsible for managing and paying their own taxes, social contributions, and any other local obligations in their country of residence.
• Payment will be made monthly in U.S. dollars (USD), based on submitted invoices
• Candidate must be available to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (Florida hours)
• There will be an opportunity to grow within the company
