About the Role

We are a professional management team looking for motivated, engaging, and sales-driven individuals to join our growing team as Fanvue Chatters.

In this role, you will represent our models on Fanvue (a leading subscription-based adult content platform). You will chat directly with fans and subscribers, build relationships, and sell exclusive media content (photos, videos, customs, etc.). This is a performance-based sales position where your communication skills and ability to connect with fans directly determine your income.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in real-time, natural conversations with fans through the Fanvue chat system.
• Promote and sell photos, videos, and other exclusive media to maximize revenue for the models.
• Build rapport with subscribers to encourage repeat purchases, renewals, and long-term spending.
• Use Fanvue’s integrated CRM tools to track conversations, manage fan information, and optimize your sales approach.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining high-quality fan interactions.
• Follow platform guidelines and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Report performance and collaborate with the team and manager.

Schedule

• Multiple 8-hour shifts available per week.
• You work minimum 5 days per week (flexible scheduling).
• Various shift options are offered to accommodate different time zones and personal availability.

Compensation & Payment

• 100% commission-based structure (you earn a percentage of everything you sell).
• Realistic monthly earnings: $500 – $2,000+ USD.
• Most of our chatters earn $800 – $1,000+ per month once they are established.
• Weekly payouts – get paid every week.
• Uncapped earning potential – top performers can significantly exceed these figures.
• No fixed salary – your income is directly tied to your results and effort.

Requirements

• Excellent written English (this is mandatory – you must be able to hold natural, engaging conversations with international fans).
• Reliable computer/laptop + stable high-speed internet connection.
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software (full training on Fanvue’s CRM will be provided).
• Quick thinker, adaptable, and personable – you must be “malin” (smart and sharp) in conversations.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during your shifts.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, live chat, or social media is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Training & Team Support

You will be fully trained and supported by our experienced manager and our established team of 20 chatters (mainly Serbian). We provide complete onboarding, proven scripts, best practices, ongoing coaching, and daily support to help you succeed from your very first shift.
