Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are an expanding luxury hospitality group based in Naples, Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio, including Sails Restaurant, Butcher Private, Omasava, The Cellar, and our forthcoming concept, Sava.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews with professionalism and care
• Evaluate and shortlist candidates in alignment with brand standards and role requirements
• Maintain and optimize the ATS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all recruitment data
• Develop thoughtfully crafted job descriptions and advertisements reflective of our luxury positioning
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
• Oversee and manage job postings across relevant platforms
• Serve as the point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and polished communication
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and internal stakeholders
• Cultivate a strong and forward-looking talent pipeline
• Lead and support recruitment initiatives across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within luxury hospitality or within other high-touch, service-driven, or premium brand environments
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, including social and digital platforms
• Experience managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interview processes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a refined and professional tone
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of the global talent landscape is highly valued

Further Details

• This role is offered as an independent contractor (freelance) position.
• Candidate will be engaged as a self-employed contractor and will be responsible for managing and paying their own taxes, social contributions, and any other local obligations in their country of residence.
• Payment will be made monthly in U.S. dollars (USD), based on submitted invoices
• Candidate must be available to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (Florida hours)
