Reporting Analyst - Maternity Leave Cover

What we will expect from you:

• Monitoring all relevant KPIs to ensure proactive reactions in case of unexpected trends
• Delivering regular and ad-hoc reports that provide clear insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Building and maintaining automated dashboards to track performance metrics in a simple and intuitive way
• Supporting stakeholders to understand data, trends, and forecasts through clear and actionable insights
• Identifying and investigate data inconsistencies, ensuring high data quality and reliability across reports and dashboards
• Collaborating closely with other departments and provide expert support in cross-team projects regarding relevant data collection

For a good start, you will need:

• University degree from Math, Faculty of Organizational Science, Economics
• 2-3 years of experience in reporting or analysis
• Passion for numbers, attention to details, devoted to uncover hidden insights in data
• Advanced level of Excel and Power BI
• SQL and SPSS Statistics knowledge will be considered as a big plus
• Fluent English
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
