Reporting and Controlling Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Understand Group business processes and financials for targeted reporting
• Collaborate with leadership across departments to document processes, strengthen controls, and gather insights for targeted financial analysis and business efficiency
• Prepare monthly, seasonal, and annual management reports in line with the reporting calendar
• Monitor financial and operational performance and analyze variances between budget, forecast, and prior period
• Support other departments with the budgeting and forecasting process and help track execution against plan
• Consolidate data from different departments or business units and ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of reports
• Build and enhance performance dashboards, metrics, and reporting models
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, streamline workflows, and strengthen internal controls
• Support ad hoc analyses, business cases, and reporting to key stakeholders as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, reporting, audit, or a similar finance role
• Strong abilities in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP and BI reporting tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data clearly for stakeholders
• Proactive approach, problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance and non-finance teams
• English - Advanced level
