Position Overview

• As a Representative in Sales, you will represent our company in Serbia and act as the key link between local businesses and our international recruitment operations.
• Many companies struggle to find reliable staff. Your role will be to identify those businesses, understand their hiring challenges, and offer tailored recruitment solutions that deliver measurable value.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients across Serbia
• Promote professional recruitment services to decision-makers
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with employers
• Understand hiring needs and propose effective staffing solutions
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with administrative teams from the region
• Stay informed about Serbian market trends and competitors
• Contribute to company growth and prepare for higher responsibility roles

The Colleagues We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales (B2B or recruitment preferred) is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with target achievement history
• Independent and disciplined (remote work doesn’t work otherwise)
• Comfortable using MS Office
• Excellent time-management skills, love for sales challenges, creativity in handling different clients
• Fluent in Serbian and English
