Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Department Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing reservations, providing quotes, and ensuring every trip runs flawlessly.

Job Description

• Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients by phone, chat, and email.
• Make, modify, and manage reservations in Limo Anywhere dispatch software (required).
• Assist clients with special requests, quotes, and questions regarding their trips.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints and service issues.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as WhatsApp Desktop, RingCentral
• Experience in the U.S. transportation or limo industry is strongly preferred.
