Resource Management Administrator 

We are looking for a Resource Management Administrator to join NTTDATA Business Solutions’ Global Resource & Supplier Management team (GIIC-RSM). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment and can support resource managers with the planning, forecasting and utilisation of a large consultant population. The role also includes maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring the right contractual support is in place, including costing, pricing and agreements with other business units in line with company controls and processes. As the role continues to evolve, we are looking for someone who is adaptable and confident working with new technologies, applications and processes. Previous resource management experience is not essential, as full training and coaching will be provided. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and/or experience: 

Essential skills or assets

• Strong general business process knowledge 
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) 
• Expert level of written and spoken English 
• High level of business application competence – especially in Microsoft Office Excel 
• There may be occasional international travel (within Europe) so a current passport is useful 
• Ability to work in a ‘remote’ team 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Ability to prioritise based on business requirements 
• Calm under pressure 
• High standard of excellence, professionalism and ethical behaviour  
• Self-managing 

Useful skills & experience

• Quick learner in new and complex applications

• Experience in building and maintaining business process flow diagrams and models

• Ability to communicate effectively & appropriately with colleagues and managers

• Proactive in completing tasks and chasing missing information    
• Dealing with complex resourcing arrangements & models 
• Knowledge of contract handling (with internal customers & suppliers and with external consulting supplier agencies) 
• Knowledge of SAP modules & products 
• Understanding of onshore/offshore resourcing models 
• Strong analytical skills to deep-dive into problems and find solutions by investigating in multiple systems/applications   
• Experience working in a consulting business
