In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting player welfare by identifying potentially harmful gambling behaviours, assessing risk and ensuring responsible gambling policies and procedures are followed.

What You'll Do

As a Responsible Gambling Analyst, you’ll monitor and assess customer activity, identify behavioural patterns and potential risks and take appropriate action in line with internal Responsible Gambling procedures.

You’ll work closely with Customer Support and other internal teams to ensure concerns are handled accurately, professionally and with player welfare at the forefront.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural analysis and identify patterns that may indicate potential gambling-related risks.
• Perform compliance and risk analysis in line with internal Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments as part of player affordability reviews.
• Manage Return to Play (RTP) cases and related processes.
• Handle escalations and inquiries related to Responsible Gambling and Betting.
• Review customer activity and determine appropriate actions based on identified risk levels.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Support and other relevant departments to ensure effective handling and escalation of Responsible Gambling cases.
• Communicate with customers when required, using appropriate channels and maintaining a professional and responsible approach.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive and confidential customer information with care.
• Contribute to the effective implementation of safer gambling practices and procedures.
• Operate within a 24/7 environment in line with business and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions based on available information.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to recognize behavioural patterns.
• A collaborative mindset and a strong team-player mentality.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Ability to perform high-quality work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Availability to work in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a customer service-related role.
• Previous experience in Responsible Gambling, Compliance, Risk or AML.
• Familiarity with sports betting and gambling terminology.
• Experience working with customer risk assessments or behavioural analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
