Revit Technician / BIM Modeler – Design – Integrated Technology Solutions

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Previous professional experience working in Autodesk Revit;
• good technical drafting and drawing-production skills;
• ability to work independently in Revit and follow project-specific modeling standards and instructions;
• ability to understand plans, sections, technical drawings, and engineering markups;
• attention to detail and a structured approach to work;
• basic understanding of electrical systems;
• good command of the English language;
• experience working on electrical, MEP, telecommunications, security, fire alarm, or similar projects is an advantage;
• knowledge of LV and/or ELV systems is an advantage;
• basic understanding of BIM coordination is an advantage.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of the Serbian language;
• previous experience working on electrical/ELV projects in Serbia;
• familiarity with relevant local technical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update electrical and ELV models in Autodesk Revit;
• prepare plans, sections, details, and drawing sheets based on engineers' instructions and markups;
• place and organize electrical and ELV equipment, devices, cable trays, conduits, and related elements;
• create and update tags, annotations, dimensions, legends, and schedules;
• implement comments and markups provided by engineers and project leads;
• maintain consistency and proper graphical presentation of drawings and models;
• coordinate model elements with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines;
• assist in the preparation of project drawings and other technical deliverables.
