Your Role:

You will be responsible for first line support to our regional companies and efficiently resolving all requests and queries. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• All tasks in line with given offers, from the point of taking shipment over to the delivery point: conventional goods, goods under temperature regime in all segments of transport and according to the specific operating instructions that are applicable for such transport modes, transport of IMDG goods, oversize cargo
• Full communication with customers, suppliers, other sectors within the Kuehne + Nagel Serbia, agents and Kuehne + Nagel network, and other parties involved in the process of organizing the transport in accordance with the procedures and rules of the Kuehne + Nagel
• Cooperation with the Sales Department in Kuehne + Nagel Serbia and providing consultation regarding offers from suppliers and other partners
• Conduct commercial transactions with existing customers on daily basis
• Entering accurate data in Road Log, TMS and ACON (internal systems), controlling and closing of positions, creation of invoices, controlling of incoming invoices from suppliers, arranging subjects, archiving
• Information flow in the internal and external communication and decision making of how they will be channeled on a case-by-case basis, and in accordance with needs and processes within given responsibility

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum high school diploma, BA in Traffic Engineering will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of English language is mandatory
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and transport organization, both conventional and specialized, which requires specialized skills and knowledge
• PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Knowledge of regulations and conventions in international transport, knowledge of local regulations related to transport, customs formalities
