How you create impact

We are looking for an operator who will provide systematic support to all countries within the company by managing processes related to trade fairs and events. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with various stakeholders

In this role, you will:

Create and manage fairs and events in FairLOG - keeping data accurate, setup correct, and everything on schedule.
Activate and manage user accounts for exhibitors, partners, and internal colleagues.
Build and maintain customer profiles so clients can access services and place orders without issues.
Act as a point of contact for cross-team coordination - since many topics involve several E&E teams within K+N, you'll help keep information consistent and communication flowing between everyone involved.
Set up company entities according to country-specific requirements and internal guidelines.
Keep service categories and pricing aligned with global and local standards.
Manage system access and permissions for users across different countries and teams.
Support intercompany billing and help make sure financial procedures are followed.
Help set up accruals and keep financial tracking accurate.
Review and acknowledge invoices, working closely with national teams.

What we would like you to bring:

1–3 years of experience in operational roles (experience within KN is a plus)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
Professional communication in English
Basic understanding of finance processes (plus)
SAP or ERP experience (nice to have)
Flexible and team-oriented, with a proactive mindset and focus on customer experience
