- Provide first-line support to our offices in France, ensuring timely and effective resolution of requests and inquiries.

- Accurately maintain and update information within internal systems to support smooth daily operations.
- Follow established processes and quality standards to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
- Safeguard data accuracy and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as general computer literacy.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
