Road Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Road Quality Control Engineer to join our team for road construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect road construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
• Conduct quality inspections and prepare QA/QC reports
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions
• Review material approvals, laboratory test results, and method statements
• Maintain quality control documentation and records
• Ensure works are completed according to technical and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a road construction company
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction standards
• Experience with asphalt, earthworks, pavement, and infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• English language proficiency preferred
