Rollout Manager

Adecco, on behalf of our client, a leading global telecommunications provider, is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Rollout Manager.

For this position we need profile with background as Filed Manager or Senior Site Supervisor or Telecom Implementation Manager or Site Engineer or Site Project Manager

Job Description:

• Coordinates detailed site deployment and site survey plans with customers and subcontractors.
• Confirms required resources, schedules, and time plans with subcontractors.
• Ensures site readiness and availability of all required hardware and materials for planned implementation.
• Coordinates field deployment activities, including site surveys, implementation, documentation delivery, fault resolution, and customer acceptance.
• Maintains daily communication with project team, partners, and customers to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensures schedules, forecasts, risks, and constraints are properly managed and communicated to stakeholders.
• Applies installation guidelines and standards to ensure compliant and successful deployment.

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably technical).
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Experience in managing RAN rollout/swap projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑focus skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and able to perform under pressure.
