Safety Officer in Trucking Industry

Millennial Logistics - Quality Hire is hiring on behalf of our client, a consulting company that provides services to multiple clients in the transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driver onboarding
• Managing Driver Qualification Files (DQFs)
• Collecting and verifying required documentation
• Conducting background checks (pre-employment drug test, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse)
• Maintaining driver and compliance files (annual checks)
• Coordinating random testing
• Managing permits (KY, Oregon, NM, NY)
• Ensuring overall compliance with transportation safety regulations
• Using portals for roadside inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks
• English language fluency (spoken and written)
• The right to work in Serbia without limitations of any kind
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in compliance tasks

Work Details:

• Location: Banovo Brdo, Belgrade
• Working hours: 15:00 – 23:00
• Full-time position
• Hybrid work structure
