Safety Officer

We’re Just Call DOO, a growing company that puts safety first—because nothing’s more important than getting our drivers home safe and sound. We’re looking for a Safety Officer who knows DOT rules inside and out and can help us keep our OTR fleet running smart, safe, and compliant.

If you’ve got a sharp eye for detail, a calm attitude under pressure, and a solid background in transportation safety—we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep us compliant with all FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Monitor driver logs (ELDs), violations, and safety performance
• Handle incident reports, accidents, claims, and follow-ups with a cool head and clear plan
• Coach drivers on safety best practices and policies
• Oversee and maintain driver files and ensure everything is up to date

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a safety/compliance role in the trucking or transportation industry
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations and guidelines
• Great communication skills—you know how to talk to drivers, not at them
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel a MUST!)
• Ability to work independently and stay proactive
• Spoken and written English language fluency is a MUST!
